Turkish Grand Prix Secures Final Slot on 2027 F1 Calendar
The Turkish Grand Prix is officially set for a full-time return to the F1 calendar in 2027, occupying the last available slot and capping the season at 24 races. Istanbul Park will join the schedule as part of a series of calendar changes, replacing a rotating event.
The Turkish Grand Prix will return to the Formula 1 calendar on a permanent basis in 2027, filling the 24th and final slot and confirming that the schedule will not expand to 25 races. The event at Istanbul Park, which last hosted a full-season race in 2011, will take the place created by the rotation system introduced for the Belgian and Spanish Grands Prix.
